king room was the best. amazing view of the valley below us, really enjoyed it. the hotel had marvellous location not far from moorish europe for centuries, the entire valley, and bars, restaurants and touristic sights.

The room was functional and comfortably furnished with a decent size bathroom. Location: the hotel was close enough to all the historic sites, the center of Arcos and good bars and restaurants.

Delicious and enjoyable breakfast with lots of options, quirky and overall clean place. Great area, central location next to the centre of the old town, the hill side in the town of Arcos and a hillside overlooking a river valley with beautifully landscaped farms.

Thanks all for a wonderful stay during our visit. The staff was superfriendly providing assistance. We liked having breakfast at the lobby. The location of the hotel was central, short walk to the cliff that was the border or frontera between Christian and Moorish Europe for centuries and the center of Arcos. Ate at Cafeteria Hondon, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. Can just recommend this place and will be returning here soon...

Everything was excellent! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly,The setting was charming, and the views from the hotel were breathtaking. You can have breakfast on the terrace, which was delicious, reasonably priced and picturesque. We stayed in five hotels during this trip and this was by far our favorite. No wonder Rick Steve has his personal room here!
You cannot drive all the way to the hotel (don't even try!) It is better to park below and take the little town shuttle to the top.

Stayed at a fabulous hotel with amazing views and lovely staff. The room had a terrace with a view that was out of this world. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, even cooking special meals for my illness. I can't express enough how grateful I am.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair 😊.

Beautiful location with our room having a superb view over the valley from the private terrace. Worth it for that experience alone. Location in the heart of the Old Town was also excellent, though if you have a car you should be comfortable driving in tight spaces. If you have a small car, it will make it even when it looks like it might not!
For the price we paid, it's hard to have any complaints about this hotel.
